At Sao Paulo, Brazil:

Jonathan Cristaldo (24') and Augustin Allione (90'+3) delivered the goals as Palmeiras blanked visiting Rosario Central 2-0.

At La Paz, Bolivia:

Juan Carlos Arce produced a hat trick (3', 18', 77') as Club Bolivar clubbed visiting Deportivo Cali 5-0.
