MLS: RSL, Impact, Rapids, Philly, SKC, Dynamo Rack Up Saturday Wins; Goose Eggs In Foxborough

Seven games were played on Saturday in Major League Soccer.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

The New England Revolution and visiting DC United battled to a 0-0 stalemate.

At Sandy, Utah:

Jamison Olave scored the winning goal in the 86th minute as Real Salt Lake defeated the visiting Seattle Sounders 2-1.

At Montreal:

Dominic Oduro (58'), Ignacio Piatti (71'), and Anthony Jackson-Hamel (90'+4) each scored once as the Montreal Impact broke open what had been a scoreless stalemate at halftime and ended up dominating the visiting New York Red Bulls 3-0.

At Commerce Park, Colorado:

Marco Pappa's goal in the fifth minute of second-half stoppage time lifted the Colorado Rapids past the visiting Los Angeles Galaxy 1-0.

At Columbus, Ohio:

Chris Pontius (late of DC United) scored twice (45'+1, 71') as the Philadelphia Union held off the Columbus Crew 2-1 on the road.

At Houston:

David Horst (6'), Matt Hedges (OG-13'), Ricardo Clark (23'), Andrew Wenger (27'; he had two assists) each scored once in the first half-hour as the Houston Dynamo demolished visiting FC Dallas 5-0 in the latest edition of the Texas Derby.  Will Bruin added one more contribution to the Dynamo's coffers with his goal in the 85th minute.

At Kansas City, Kansas:

Dom Dwyer scored twice (5', 41') as Sporting Kansas City held off the visiting Vancouver Whitecaps 2-1.
