AFC Champions League: Lokomotiv Tashkent, Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, Shanghai SIPG Advance To Quarterfinals

The AFC Champions League's Round of 16 continued on Tuesday with four games.

WEST ZONE:

At Tabriz, Iran:

Salem Saleh scored what proved to be the series-winning goal in the 16th minute as Al-Nasr (UAE), despite dropping a 3-1 game-two road decision to Tractor Sazi, still ousted the Iranian club 5-4 on aggregate.

At Tashkent, Uzbekistan:

Islom Tukhtakhodjaev (26') and Sherzod Fayziev (56') each scored once as Lokomotiv Tashkent defeated visiting Al-Hilal 2-1 in game two and, with by that same score on aggregate, won their two-game series and advanced to the quarterfinal round.



EAST ZONE:

At Jeonju, South Korea:

Leonardo Rodriguez Pereira scored twice (28', 71') as Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors defeated the visiting Melbourne Victory 2-1 in game two and ousted the Australian club 3-2 on aggregate.

At Shanghai, China:

Wu Lei scored the series-winning goal in the first minute of second-half stoppage time as Shanghai SIPG defeated visiting FC Tokyo 1-0 in game two and, with the aggregate score at 2-2, won the series on away goals.
