Paddy Madden (6') and Dan Burn (42') provided the scoring in the first half on Sunday as Yeovil Town defeated Brentford 2-1 in the English League One promotional playoff final contested at Wembley Stadium. The Glovers will join Doncaster Rovers and AFC Bournemouth in gaining promotion to the League Championship, the second highest level of soccer in England, one spot below the Premier League. Scunthorpe United, Bury, Hartlepool United, and Portsmouth were relegated to League Two.
