MLS: Stoppage-Time Goal Carries Red Bulls Past Galaxy; DCU and SKC Draw; RSL Heap More Misery On Slumping Goats

Three games were played in Major League Soccer on Sunday.

At Harrison, New Jersey:

Tim Cahill scored the only goal of the match in second-half stoppage time (90'+2) as the New York Red Bulls defeated the visiting Los Angeles Galaxy 1-0.

At Washington:

Kyle Porter's equalizer in the 65th minute (five minutes after teammate Ethan White's own goal) enabled DC United to snap their seven-game losing streak with a 1-1 home draw with Sporting Kansas City.

At Carson, California:

Ned Grabavoy scored twice (4', 90'+1) as Real Salt Lake dominated Chivas USA 4-1 on the road.  It was the Goats' third straight defeat.  In the three losses, Chivas were outscored 11-1.  It was the third win in four games for RSL.
