Adam Maher (12') and Jozy Altidore (14') provided the early scoring that held up as AZ Alkmaar won their fourth Dutch Cup title on Friday, 2-1 over defending champions PSV Eindhoven.
With the victory, the Cheese Makers will take part in the playoff round for a berth in the group stage of next season's Europa League.
