STRIPED GANG ERASE TWO-GOAL DEFICIT, WIN THIRD STRAIGHT CONCACAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE TITLE

At Monterrey, Mexico:

Aldo de Nigris scored twice (60', 86') and Neri Cardozo (84') and Humberto Suazo (90'+1) each added a goal as Monterrey came back from a two-goal deficit to defeat visiting Santos Laguna 4-2 in both game two and on aggregate to win their third consecutive CONCACAF Champions League title on Wednesday.

The Striped Gang will play in this December's FIFA Club World Cup, to be staged in Morocco.
