MLS: Reds, Revs, Red Bulls, SKC, Hoops, RSL, Rapids Grab Saturday Wins; Timbers and Caps Draw In Cascadia Cup Clash in Portland

Eight Saturday games were contested in Major League Soccer.

At Toronto:

Marco Delgado (29') and Sebastian Giovinco (32') delivered the goals as Toronto FC held off the visiting Philadelphia Union 2-1.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

Lee Nguyen scored the only goal of the match in the 12th minute as the New England Revolution defeated visiting New York City 1-0.

At Orlando, Florida:

Sacha Kljestan (21') and Mike Grella (90'+1) each scored a goal as the New York Red Bulls blanked Orlando City 2-0 on the road.

At Kansas City, Kansas:

Benny Feilhaber had a hand in both goals, as he scored in the fourth minute and assisted on  Dom Dwyer's tally in the 34th, as Sporting Kansas City held off the visiting Montreal Impact 2-1 to win their franchise record-tying eighth straight game in all competitions at home. 

At Frisco, Texas:

Fabian Castillo scored the game winner in the opening minute of second-half stoppage time as FC Dallas took over the top spot in the Western Conference following their 2-1 home win over DC United.

At Seattle:

Kevin Doyle scored the only goal of the match in the 84th minute as the Colorado Rapids gained their first-ever victory in Seattle as they knocked off the Sounders 1-0.

At Sandy, Utah:

Javier Morales (36') and Joao Plata (65') delivered the goals as Real Salt Lake blanked the visiting Houston Dynamo 2-0.

At Portland, Oregon:

Mathias Laba's equalizer in the 58th minute lifted the Vancouver Whitecaps to a 1-1 Cascadia Cup road draw with the Portland Timbers.  Diego Valeri scored for the Timbers in the 34th minute.
