Confederations Cup: Indomitable Lions, Socceroos Draw; Germany And Chile Likewise

The FIFA Confederations Cup tournament continued on Thursday with two games, both in Group B, played in Russia.

At Saint Petersburg:

Mark Milligan's successful penalty kick in the 60th minute lifted Australia to a 1-1 draw with Cameroon.  Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa scored in the opening minute of first-half stoppage time for the Indomitable Lions.

At Kazan:

Lars Stindl's equalizer in the 41st minute carried Germany to a 1-1 draw with Chile, whose goal came courtesy of Alexis Sanchez in the sixth minute.
