MLS: Caps, Both Texas Clubs, Both LA Clubs, Sounders Gain Saturday Wins

Ten games were played on Saturday in Major League Soccer.

At New York:

Alexander Callens' equalizer in the 77th minute lifted New York City to a 1-1 road draw with Atlanta United.

Josef Martinez scored in the 48th minute for the Five Stripes.

At Columbus, Ohio:

Alex Muyl's equalizer in the 57th minute carried the New York Red Bulls to a 1-1 road draw with the Columbus Crew.

Gyasi Zardes scored for the hosts in the 26th minute.

At Vancouver, British Columbia:

Kai Kamara scored twice (36', PK-85') as the Vancouver Whitecaps stretched their unbeaten run to six games by handing visiting Orlando City their fifth straight defeat 5-2.

At Frisco, Texas:

Goals from Mateo Mancosu (OG-8') and Mauro Diaz (18') powered FC Dallas to a 2-0 home blanking of the Montreal Impact.

At Bridgeview, Illinois:

Teal Bunbury's equalizer in the 82nd minute lifted the New England Revolution to a 1-1 road draw with the Chicago Fire.

Bastian Schweinsteiger scored for the hosts in the 63rd minute.

At Houston:

Thomas Martinez (30') and Mauro Manotas (PK-36') each scored once as the Houston Dynamo blanked the visiting Colorado Rapids 2-0.

At Seattle:

Magnus Wolff Eikrem scored the winning goal in the 83rd minute as the Seattle Sounders upended visiting DC United 2-1.

At Carson, California:

Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored twice (61', 67') as the Los Angeles Galaxy dominated visiting Real Salt Lake 3-0.

At Portland, Oregon:

The Portland Timbers and visiting Sporting Kansas City battled to a 0-0 stalemate.

At San Jose, California:

Joao Moutinho scored the winning goal in the seventh minute of second-half stoppage time as the Los Angeles Football Club, who got a pair of goals from Adama Diomande (15', 90'), came from behind to knock off the San Jose Earthquakes 4-3 on the road.
