CONCACAF Champions League

The draw for the 2012-13 CONCACAF Champions League's group stage took place on Tuesday in New York City.  Each of the eight groups will have three teams with each team playing twice against each of the other two teams in its' group with the eight group winners advancing to the quarterfinal round.

CS Herediano (Costa Rica)
Real Salt Lake (United States)
Tauro FC (Panama)


Group Three:


CD Olimpia (Honduras)
Houston Dynamo (United States)
CD FAS (El Salvador)


Group Four:


Seattle Sounders (United States)
CD Marathon (Honduras)
First-place club from final round of CFU Club Championship


Group Five:


Los Angeles Galaxy (United States)
Isidro Metapan (El Salvador)]
Third-place club from final round of CFU Club Championship


Group Six:


UANL Tigres (Mexico)
LD Alajuelense (Costa Rica)
Real Esteli FC (Nicaragua)


Group Seven:


Chorrillo FC (Panama)
Monterrey (Mexico; defending champions)
CSD Municipal (Guatemala)


Group Eight:


Club Xelaju MC (Guatemala)
Chivas de Guadalajara (Mexico)
Second-place club from final round of CFU Club Championship


The clubs in the final round, or grouping, of the CFU Club Championship are the Puerto Rico Islanders, W Connection (Trinidad and Tobago), Caledonia AIA (Trinidad and Tobago), and Antigua Barracuda (Antigua and Barbuda).  The finalists and the winner of the third-place match will qualify for the CONCACAF Champions League.
