At Toluca, Mexico:
Carlos Esquivel (35') and Juan Manuel Salgueiro (62') each scored a goal on Tuesday night as Toluca defeated visiting Alajuelense 2-0 in game two of their CONCACAF Champions League semifinal series and won their two-match series 3-0 on aggregate.
With the Toluca victory, the final will be an all-Mexican affair with Toluca taking on the winner of the Club Tijuana-Cruz Azul series (which the Aztec Dogs lead 1-0 on aggregate after their opening-game home win).
