Juan Carlos Amado (50') and Giorgian De Arrascaeta (53') each scored a goal early in the second half three minutes apart as Defensor Sporting defeated home-standing (and already eliminated) Real Garcilaso 2-0 in the lone Tuesday Copa Libertadores group-stage contest. The Uruguayan club currently sit atop Group 5 and are on the verge of clinching a berth in the knockout stage.
