Six more clubs won their way to the second round of the CAF Champions League on Sunday as another half-dozen two-game series concluded.
At Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of the Congo:
Mputu Mabi (7') and Kabangu Muloto (72') each scored once as defending champions TP Mazembe overturned their game-one road defeat with a 2-0 home win over APR FC and won their two-game set 2-1 on aggregate.
At Omdurman, Sudan:
Sef Masawi (29', 50') and Blaise Mbele (72', 90'+2) each scored twice as Al-Hilal smothered Africa Sports 4-1 in game two at home and won the two-match set 4-1 on aggregate.
At Luanda, Angola:
Osvaldo "Joka" Palana provided the only goal of the match at 65 minutes as Atletico Petroleos Luanda defeated visiting Raja Casablanca 1-0 in game two and took out the Moroccan club 2-1 on aggregate in the two-game series.
At Harare, Zimbabwe:
Dynamos FC registered a second straight 1-0 win over Saint Eloi Lupopo, this time at home, and won the two-match set 2-0 on aggregate.
At Abidjan, Ivory Coast:
Trinity Chalanshi's goal at 53 minutes turned out to be the series winner as Zanaco gained a 1-1 road draw with ASEC Mimosas, good enough for the Zambian club to win the tww-game series 2-1 on aggregate.
At Owerri, Nigeria:
Emmanuel Omodiagbe's goal at 85 minutes enabled Heartland to gain a 1-1 home draw in game two with Tiko United, and with the score 2-2 on aggregate for the two games, the Nigerian club advanced on the away goals rule.
