Conor Chinn scored twice (16', 41') as the New York Red Bulls held off the visiting Philadelphia Union 2-1 Tuesday night in a US Open Cup qualifying contest. The Red Bulls advanced to the semifinal phase of qualifying and will next take on the New England Revoulution.
