Brett Pittman (66') and Alan Connell (90') each tallied once as AFC Bournemouth clinched automatic promotion from League Two on Saturday, defeating Burton Albion 2-0 on the road. The Cherries, along with Notts County and Rochdale, will be playing in League One next year in England. Four teams will compete in next month's playoffs for promotion to the third tier of English soccer.
