Goals from Marcel Jansen (56') and Sami Khedira (82', that's him, center, celebrating with teammate Per Mertesacker) in the second half enabled Germany to come back from a one-goal deficit to defeat Uruguay 3-2 Saturday in the third-place match in the FIFA World Cup. This marked the Germans' second straight third-place finish in the World Cup.
