SCOTT SINCLAIR HAT TRICK HELPS LIFT SWANS TO PREMIER LEAGUE

At London:

Scott Sinclair's hat trick (PK-21', 22', PK-80') helped carry Swansea City to a 4-2 English League Championship promotion playoff final victory over Reading at Wembley Stadium on Monday, sealing the Swans' promotion to the Barclays Premier League.  The Swans will be playing in the top flight of English soccer since 1983 and the first club from Wales to play in the Premiership since its' formation in 1992.  They will be joining already-promoted Queens Park Rangers (first time in the top flight since 1996) and Norwich City (relegated from the Premiership in 2005).
