Group-stage play in the Copa Libertadores resumed on Tuesday with six games.

GROUP B:

At Cabudare, Venezuela:

Fred (31') and Luis Ricardo Alves (PK-78') each scored once as Cruzeiro blanked Deportivo Lara 2-0 on the road.

At Buenos Aires:

Brayan Angulo scored the winning goal in the 72nd minute for Club Sport Emelec in their 2-0 road victory over Huracan, who were eliminated from South American competition.

At Mendoza, Argentina:

Diego Viera (PK-45'+1) and Juan Lucero (47') each scored once as Godoy Cruz blanked visiting Sporting Cristal 2-0.
