Takahiro Kunimoto scored the only goal of the match in the 63rd minute as Gyeongnam FC knocked off Kashima Antlers 1-0 on the road.

At Johor Bahru, Malaysia:

Graziano Pelle scored the game's lone goal in the 22nd minute as Shandong Luneng defeated Johor Darul Ta'Zim 1-0 on the road.

At Beijing:

Renato Augusto (PK-55') and Ba Dun (76') each scored once as Beijing FC blanked visiting Buriram United 2-0.
