MLS: LAFC , Loons, Crew, Lions, Philly, Quakes, Sounders Gather Saturday Wins

Nine games were contested on Saturday in Major League Soccer.

At New York:

New York City and the visiting, ten-man Montreal Impact battled to a 0-0 stalemate.

At Washington:

Diego Rossi scored his first career MLS hat trick (27', 32', 76') as the Los Angeles Football Club made a statement by demolishing ten-man DC United 4-0 on the road.

At Toronto:

Jozy Altidore (31') and Jonathan Osorio (76') each scored once as Toronto FC played the visiting Chicago Fire to a 2-2 draw.

C.J. Sapong (45'+1) and Nemanja Nikolic (62') delivered the scoring for the guests from the Windy City.

At Harrison, New Jersey:

Romario Ibarra scored the winning goal in the 50th minute as Minnesota United knocked off the New York Red Bulls 2-1 on the road.

At Columbus, Ohio:

Josh Williams scored the only goal of the match in the 42nd minute as the Columbus Crew defeated the New England Revolution 1-0 at home.

At Orlando, Florida:

Nani scored twice (31', PK-89') as Orlando City defeated the visiting Colorado Rapids 4-3.

At Chester, Pennsylvania:

Cory Burke (85') and Alejandro Bedoya (90'+2) each scored once in the final minutes as the Philadelphia Union came from behind to knock off visiting FC Dallas 3-2.

At San Jose, California:

Shea Salinas (15'), Danny Hoesen (33'), and Cristian Espinoza (34') each scored once as the San Jose Earthquakes dominated the visiting Portland Timbers 3-0 for their first win of the season.

At Seattle:

Nicolas Lodeiro scored the only goal of the match in the 18th minute as the Seattle Sounders defeated visiting Real Salt Lake 1-0.
