AFC Champions League

Group-stage play in the AFC Champions League reached its' midway point with four Wednesday contests.

GROUP F:

At Hiroshima, Japan:

Douglas Vieira (PK-10') and Daiki Watari (26') each scored once as Sanfrecce Hiroshima blanked visiting Daegu FC 2-0.

At Guangzhou, China:

Anderson Talisca scored twice (6', 10') as Guangzhou Evergrande demolished the visiting Melbourne Victory 4-0.

Lu Wenjun (27'), Yu Hai (36'), and Elkeson (89') each scored once as Shanghai SIPG came back from three one-goal deficits to gain a 3-3 road draw with Sydney FC.

Siem de Jong (3'), Glenville le Fondre (PK-32'), and Alex Brosque (84') each scored once for the hosts.

At Ulsan, South Korea:

Kim Yong-jin scored the game's only goal in the opening minute of second-half stoppage time as Ulsan Hyundai defeated visiting Kawasaki Frontale 1-0.
