MLS: Easter Sunday Wins For NYC FC and LAFC

Two games were contested in Major League Soccer on Easter Sunday.

At Washington:

Alexandru Mitrita (35') and Heber (56') each scored once as New York City blanked DC United 2-0 on the road.

At Los Angeles:

Carlos Vela scored twice (12', 55') as the Los Angeles Football Club dominated the visiting Seattle Sounders 4-1.
