CAF Champions League

Six games were contested on Sunday as the second round of the CAF Champions League reached the midway point.

At Algiers:

USM Alger took the opening contest of their two-game series with AS Kaloum 2-1 at home.

At Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo:

Al Hilal from Sudan took the opening match with SM Sanga Balende 1-0 on the road.

At El Eulma, Algeria:

MC El Eulma blanked visiting CS Sfaxien 1-0 in their series opener.

At Dolisie, Republic of the Congo:

AC Leopards took the opening match of their series with Smouha Sporting Club 1-0 at home.

At Tetouan, Morocco:

Moghreb Tetouan took the opening match of their series with Egypt's Al-Ahly 1-0 at home.

At Casablanca, Morocco:

ES Setif gained a series-opening 2-2 draw with Raja Casablanca.
