An Italian Eight-Pack

Eight matches were contested Sunday in Italy's Serie A:

At Bergamo:

Torino picked up their second win of the season, beating Atalanta 2-1 on the road. Alessandro Rosina scored the game winner in the 88th minute.

At Reggio Calabria:

Second-half goals from Rolando Bianchi (63') and Julio Leon (77') enabled Reggina to bounce back from a 2-0 halftime deficit to gain a 2-2 home draw with Livorno.

At Catania:

Thanks to goals from Gionathan Spinesi (PK-67') and Fabio Caserta (84'), Catania Calcio blanked ten-man visiting Parma 2-0.

At Genoa:

Francesco Totti twice tallied (13', 74') to help lead AS Roma to a 4-2 road triumph over Sampdoria.

At Empoli:

Ighli Vannucchi's goal (9') lifted Empoli to a 1-0 win over visiting Cagliari Calcio.

At Siena:

Fiorentina and AC Siena battled to a 1-1 deadlock.

At Rome:

Three differnet goal scorers propelled Lazio to a 3-1 home win over Ascoli.

At Palermo:

Visiting Inter Milan stretched their league lead to four points following their 2-1 road win over Palermo. Zlatan Ibrahimovic(7') and Patrick Viera(61') tallied for The Nerozzurri.
