Trotters Stun Gunners

Six contests took place Saturday in England's Premiership:

At London:

Struggling Charlton Athletic gained a 1-1 home stalemate with Everton, thanks to Andy Reid's 68th-minute equalizer.

At London:

Kevin Doyle's successful 17th-minute penalty kick was the only goal in Reading's 1-0 road win over 10-man Fulham.

At Liverpool:

Steven Gerrard's 20-yard strike in the 67th minute lifted Liverpool to a 1-0 home win over Manchester City, stretching the Reds' home unbeaten league streak to 23 games.

At London:

Hayden Mullins scored the lone goal (36') of West Ham United's 1-0 home win over Sheffield United.
