At Commerce City, Colorado:
Carlos Rodriguez (60') and Fabian Castillo (81') provided the scoring as FC Dallas came from behind to pick up their first road victory of the season, 2-1 over the Colorado Rapids.
At Santa Clara, California:
Chris Wondolowski delivered a hat trick (19', 73', 80') as the San Jose Earthquakes dismantled visiting Real Salt Lake 5-0.
At Portland, Oregon:
David Beckham (19', 24') and Robbie Keane (29', 64') as the Los Angeles Galaxy knocked off the Portland Timbers 5-3 on the road, spoiling Gavin Wilkinson's debut as the Timbers interim head coach.
