At Doha:
Marko Marin scored the only goal of the match as Saudi Arabia's Al-Ahli defeated Iraq's Al-Shorta 1-0 and advanced to the knockout stage.

NOTES: Al-Wahda were unable to travel to Qatar to play the final four games of the group stage due to several team members testing positive for COVID-19.[20] They were considered to have withdrawn from the competition, and all previous matches played by Al-Wahda shall be considered "null and void" and will not be considered in determining the final group rankings; Esteghlal have the road goals advantage over Al-Shorta (1-0).
GROUP B:
Both games were played at Al Janoub Stadium, Al Wakrah, Qatar:
In the opener, Harib Abdalla Suhail scored the only goal of the match in the 75th minute as Shabab Al-Ahli (UAE) defeated Shahr Khodro (Iran) 1-0.
Game #2:
Hattan Bahebri scored the game winner at the death (90'+7) as Al-Hilal (Saudi Arabia) upended Pakhtakor (Uzbekistan) 2-1.
