MLS: DCU, Philly, Impact Post Wednesday Home Wins

Three games were played in Major League Soccer on Wednesday.

At Washington:

Jairo Arrieta scored twice (51', 69') as DC United downed the visiting Chicago Fire 3-1.

At Chester, Pennsylvania:

C.J. Sapong (41'), Vincent Nogueira (52'), and Sebastien Le Toux (58') each scored a goal as the Philadelphia Union dominated the visiting Columbus Crew 3-0.

At Montreal:

Ignacio Piatti scored the winning goal in the 83rd minute as the Montreal Impact picked up their first-ever MLS victory over the Vancouver Whitecaps 2-1.
