Copa Libertadores: Toluca, Atletico Nacional Clinch Group Titles; Penarol Eliminated

Group-stage play in the Copa Libertadores resumed with four games on Tuesday.

GROUP ONE:

At Valera, Venezuela:

Maurice Cova's successfully-executed penalty kick in the third minute of second-half stoppage time lifted already-eliminated Trujillanos to a 2-1 home victory over The Strongest.



GROUP FOUR:

At Buenos Aires:

Club Atletico Huracan tightened their hold on second place in Group Four despite being held to a 0-0 home draw by Penarol, who were eliminated from the tournament as a result.

At Lima, Peru:

Victor Ibarbo's successful penalty kick in the 11th minute provided all the scoring as Atletico Nacional locked up first place in Group Four with their 1-0 road win over Sporting Cristal.

Group Four Standings:

1. y-Atletico Nacional (GP: 5; GD: +12; PTS: 15)
2.    Club Atletico Huracan (GP: 5; GD: 0; PTS: 7)
3.    Sporting Cristal (GP: 5; GD: -5; PTS: 4)

z-Eliminated from tournament



GROUP SIX:

At Toluca, Mexico:

Fernando Uribe scored twice late in the second half (81', 87') as Toluca clinched top spot in Group Six with a 2-1 home win over San Lorenzo.
