UEFA Champions League: Champs Ousted By Mattress Makers; Bayern Take Out Eagles

The quarterfinal round of the UEFA Champions League closed with two Wednesday contests.

At Lisbon:

Goals from Arturo Vidal (38') and Thomas Muller (52', that's him celebrating after scoring) lifted Bayern Munich to a 2-2 game-two road draw with SL Benfica as the German powerhouse won their series 3-2 on aggregate.


At Madrid:

Antoine Griezmann, seen here celebrating, scored twice (36', PK-88') as Atletico Madrid knocked off visiting Barcelona 2-0 in game two and ousted the defending continental and world club champions 3-2 on aggregate.
