Both contests took place at QBE Stadium in Auckland, New Zealand.
In the opener, Gagame Feni (16'), Tommy Semmy (31'), and Joses Nawo (79') each scored once as Hekari United blanked Suva 3-0 and ousted the Fijian club from the tournament.
In the nightcap, Mario Barcia scored the winning goal in the 64th minute as Team Wellington ousted AS Lossi from contention by blanking the New Caledonian club 2-0.
