Three Draws and an Ajax Win On The Road

Four games occupied the Sunday Dutch Eredivisie schedule:

At Enschede:

Klaas-Jan Huntelaar's hat trick (21', 30', 75') helped lead Ajax Amsterdam to a convincing 3-1 road win over Twente Enschede (and climb over the hosts into third place) in a battle of Champions League hopefuls.

At Rotterdam:

League-leading PSV Eindhoven and relegation-threatened Excelsior battled to a 0-0 stalemate.

At Alkmaar:

In another battle of UEFA Champions League hopefuls, hosts AZ Alkmaar and Feyenoord Rotterdam battled to a 0-0 deadlock.

At Arnhem:

Fred Benson's goal at 90 minutes lifted Vitesse Arnhem to a 2-2 home draw with cellar-dwelling ADO Den Haag, who coughed up two big points in their fight to avoid relegation.
