Despite dropping a 2-1 game-two decision on the road on Saturday, Auckland City still won their OFC Champions League semifinal series with AS Pirae 4-2 on aggregate and advanced to the two-game final against Vanuatu's Amicale FC.
The opening match is slated for this coming Saturday at Port Vila, Vanuatu with the return contest at Auckland, New Zealand on May 18.
The winner would play in the FIFA Club World Cup, scheduled for this coming December in Morocco.
