MLS: Timbers, Crew, Revs, Rapids Grab Saturday Wins; Caps and Sounders Draw In Cascadia Cup Clash; Goose Eggs For RSL and Hoops

Six games were played in Major League Soccer on Saturday.

At Harrison, New Jersey:

Maximiliano Urruti scored twice (45', 74') as the Portland Timbers came back from behind to upend the New York Red Bulls 2-1 for their first road victory of the season, extending their unbeaten streak to five games.

At Vancouver, British Columbia:

Chad Barrett (36) and Gonzalo Pineda (PK-82') each delivered a goal as the Seattle Sounders gained a 2-2 Cascadia Cup road draw with the Vancouver Whitecaps, whose tallies came courtesy of Erik Hurtado (39') and Gershon Koffie (66').

At Columbus, Ohio:

Ethan Finlay (10') and Jairo Obando Arrieta (25') produced the goals that carried the Columbus Crew to a 2-0 home blanking of the Chicago Fire.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

Diego Fagundez scored the winning goal in the 77th minute as the New England Revolution grabbed their fifth straight victory, 2-1 over visiting DC United.

At Commerce City, Colorado:

Dillon Powers scored twice (PK-5', 84') as the Colorado Rapids dominated the visiting Montreal Impact 4-1.

At Sandy, Utah:

Real Salt Lake and visiting FC Dallas battled to a 0-0 stalemate.
