ML:S: Stoppage-Time Heroics Enable Timbers To Salvage Home Draw With Galaxy; Revs Crush Visiting Sounders; Goats Knock Off Rapids At Colorado; RSL Top Dynamo In Houston

Four games were played on Sunday in Major League Soccer.

At Portland, Oregon:

Diego Valeri's equalizer in the final scheduled minute of second-half stoppage time (90'+5) lifted the Portland Timbers to a 1-1 home draw with the Los Angeles Galaxy.  The tying goal came three minutes after Robbie Kean's tally had put the visiting Galaxy in front.

At Commerce City, Colorado:

Marvin Chavez scored twice in the second half (67', 76') as Chivas USA knocked off the Colorado Rapids 3-1 on the road.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

Diego Fagundez scored twice in the first half (29', 41') as the New England Revolution scored four goals in the opening 45 minutes en route to a 5-0 home demolition of the Seattle Sounders.

At Houston:

Javier Morales delivered a hat trick (1', 19', PK-89') as Real Salt Lake manhandled the Houston Dynamo 5-2 on the road.
