Wilfred Zaha's goal in the 76th minute lifted Ivory Coast to a 1-0 victory over Mali.

At Ismailia:

After a 1-1 regulation draw which was followed by 30 minutes of goal-free overtime, Naim Sliti, Wahbi Khazri, Dylan Bronn, Yassine Meriah, and Ferjani Sassi each converted a spot kick as Tunisia took the penalty-kick shootout, 5-4 at Ghana's expense.
