Odion Ighalo scored twice (19', 63') while Alexander Iwobi scored the game winner in the 66th minute as Nigeria came from behind to upend Cameroon 3-2.
At Cairo:
Thembinkosi Lorch scored the only goal of the match as South Africa knocked off hosts Egypt 1-0.
