Matchday two in the CAF Champions League's group stage concluded with two games on Sunday.

At Lubumbashi, DRC:

Nabil Hemani scored twice (39', 50') as ES Setif gained a 2-2 road draw with TP Mazembe.  The defending champs got goals from Bedi Mbenza (46') and Tresor Mputu (PK-57')

Mohamed Talaat (58') and , with the game winner, Wael Gomaa (90'+2) provided the goalpower that sent hosts Al-Ahly past fellow Egyptian club Esmaily 2-1.
