Justin Braun scored the only goal of the match at 12 minutes as Chivas USA ended a three-game winless streak with a 1-0 home win over DC United in the only Sunday Major League Soccer match.  Goalkeeper Zach Thornton made three saves for his fourth shutout of the season.
