Bastian Schweinsteiger scored the winning goal in second-half stoppage time (90'+1) as Bayern Munich defeated VfL Wolfsburg 2-1 Friday in the opening contest of the new German Bundesliga season. Thomas Muller also scored for the defending champions at 9 minutes.
