Group B play in the CONCACAF Gold Cup concluded Saturday with a doubleheader at Foxborough, Massachusetts.
In the opener, Davy Arnaud scored early (6') and Stuart Holden scored late (90'+2) as the United States gained a 2-2 draw with Haiti to win Group B. The Haitians, who advanced to the quarterfinal round with the draw, got goals courtesy of Vaniel Sirin (46') and Mones Chery (49').
In the nightcap, Walter Martinez (2'), Roger Espinoza (25'), Melvin Valladares (56'), and Carlo Costly (67') each tallied once as Honduras gained a berth in the quarterfinals with a 4-0 fistbeating of Grenada.
