In the opener, Carlos Costly scored the only goal of the match at 76 minutes as Honduras defeated Haiti 1-0.
In the nightcap, Freddy Adu (7'), Stuart Holden (31'), Robbie Rogers (60'), and Charlie Davies (68') each tallied once as the United States delivered a frontier-styled fistbeating to Grenada, 4-0.
