Scoreless In Seattle; Jason Garey Completes Crew Comeback; Revs And Rapids Post Shutout Wins

Six games were played Saturday in Major League Soccer.

At Seattle:

Jon Busch made five saves as the Chicago Fire gained a 0-0 road draw with Seattle Sounders FC.

At Columbus, Ohio:

Jason Garey's game winner (90') lifted the Columbus Crew to a 3-2 come-from-behind home win over Toronto FC.

At Houston:

The New England Revolution handed the Houston Dynamo their first home defeat of the season 1-0, thanks to Kheli Dube's goal at 76 minutes.

At Kansas City, Kansas:

Landon Donovan's equalizer at 33 minutes (assisted by David Beckham) enabled the Los Angeles Galaxy to gain a 1-1 road draw with the Kansas City Wizards, whose goal came at 26 minutes from Claudio Lopez.

At Commerce City, Colorado:

Four different goal scorers---Jacob Peterson (5'), Pat Noonan (46'), Nick Labrocca (61'), and Mehdi Ballouchy (67')---each tallied once as the Colorado Rapids handed the visiting New York Red Bulls a 4-0 frontier-styled fistbeating.

At Santa Clara, California:

Ryan Johnson (36') and Cornell Glen (PK-62') delivered the goalpower that enabled the San Jose Earthquakes to erase a two-goal deficit and gain a 2-2 home deadlock with DC United, both of whose goals came courtesy of Christain Gomez (PK-3', 21').
