CAF Champions League

Four games were played on Friday as the second half of CAF Champions League group-stage play commenced.

GROUP B:

At El Jadida, Morocco:

El Habib Bouguelmouna's successful penalty kick in the 32nd minute lifted ES Setif to a 1-1 road draw with Difaa El Jadidi.

Simon Msuva scored for the Moroccan club in the 23rd minute.



GROUP C:

At Pretoria, South Africa:

Early goals from Leandro Sirino (11') and Sibusiso Vilakazi (15') enabled Mamelodi Sundowns to hold off visiting AS Togo-Port 2-1.



GROUP D:

At Luanda, Angola:

Goals in the dying minutes from Geraldo (90') and Bobo Ungenda (90'+8) enabled the August 1st Club to come from behind and upend visiting ZESCO United 2-1.

At Sousse, Tunisia:

Maher Hannachi (21') and Slim Ben Belgacem (89') each scored once as Etoile du Sahel held off visiting Mbabane Swallows 2-0.
