MLS: Red Bulls, Philly, Sounders Post Wednesday Wins

Three games were contested in Major League Soccer on Wednesday.

At Washington:

Bradley Wright-Phillips became the fastest player to reach 100 MLS goals with his second-minute tally as the New York Red Bulls knocked off DC United 1-0 on the road.

At Houston:

Alejandro Bedoya (34'), Cory Burke (70'), and Fafa Picault (90'+6) each scored once as the Philadelphia Union overcame an early deficit and upended the Houston Dynamo 3-1 on the road.

At San Jose, California:

Raul Ruidiaz scored the only goal of the match in the 62nd minutes as the Seattle Sounders stretched the San Jose Earthquakes' winless streak to 11 games with their 1-0 road triumph.
