MLS: Uber Busy Saturday

Ten games were contested on Saturday in Major League Soccer.

At Chester, Pennsylvania:

Josef Martinez (PK-58') and Hector Villalba (76') scored once apiece in the second half as Atlanta United blanked the Philadelphia Union 2-0 on the road.

At Montreal:

Saphir Taider scored twice (55', 56') as the Montreal Impact held off the visiting Colorado Rapids 2-1 for their fourth straight win.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

The New England Revolution and visiting Seattle Sounders battled to a 0-0 stalemate.

At Kansas City, Kansas:

Jonathan Osorio (25') and Jordan Hamilton (69') each scored once to lift Toronto FC to a 2-2 road draw with Sporting Kansas City.

Ilie (PK-57') and Johnny Russell (61') each scored once for the hosts.

At Houston:

Phillippe Senderos scored twice (36', 52') as the Houston Dynamo dominated visiting Minnesota United 3-0.

At Sandy, Utah:

Albert Rusnak (PK-11') and Luis Silva (90'+1) delivered the goals as Real Salt Lake blanked visiting FC Dallas 2-0.

At Vancouver, British Columbia:

Kei Kamara scored twice (28', 72') as the Vancouver Whitecaps held off the visiting Chicago Fire 3-2.

At Carson, California:

Romain Alessandrini scored twice (67', 90'+3) as the Los Angeles Galaxy demolished the visiting Columbus Crew 4-0.

At Los Angeles:

Adama Diomande scored twice (28', 82') as the Los Angeles Football Club handed visiting Orlando City their club-record ninth straight defeat 4-1.

At Portland, Oregon:

Samuel Armenteros scored twice (14', 53') as the Portland Timbers held off the visiting San Jose Earthquakes 2-1 to stretch their MLS unbeaten streak to 11 games (13 in all competitions).
