MLS: Saturday Wins For Five Stripes, Sounders, Reds, Galaxy, Red Bulls, Crew

Nine games were contested in Major League Soccer on Saturday.

At Atlanta:

Josef Martinez produced a natural hat trick (30', 54', 73') as Atlanta United downed visiting DC United 3-1.

At Seattle:

Nicolas Lodeiro scored both goals (PK-5', 31') as the Seattle Sounders blanked the visiting Vancouver Whitecaps 2-0 in a Cascadia Cup clash.

At Bridgeview, Illinois:

Jonathan Osorio scored the winning goal in the 65th minute as Toronto FC knocked off the Chicago Fire 2-1 on the road.

At Chester, Pennsylvania:

Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored the game winner in the 63rd minute as the Los Angeles Galaxy defeated the Philadelphia Union 3-1 on the road.

At Harrison, New Jersey:

Daniel Royer (69') and Bradley Wright-Phillips (80') delivered the goals as the New York Red Bulls blanked the visiting New England Revolution 2-0.

At Columbus, Ohio:

Wil Trapp scored the winning goal in the second minute of second-half stoppage time as the Columbus Crew came from behind to upend visiting Orlando City 3-2.

At Houston:

The Houston Dynamo and visiting FC Dallas battled to a 1-1 Texas Derby deadlock.

Matt Hedges scored for the Hoops in the opening minute while Mauro Manotas equalized for the Dynamo in the eighth minute.

At Sandy, Utah:

Jack McBean (PK-33') and Dillon Serna (88') each scored once as the Colorado Rapids came back from two goals down to gain a 2-2 Rocky Mountain Cup road draw with Real Salt Lake.

Damir Kreilach (11') and Joao Plata (17') produced the hosts goals.

At Portland, Oregon:

Samuel Armenteros (39') and Diego Valeri (65') each scored once as the Portland Timbers came back from two one-goal deficits to stretch their MLS unbeaten streak to 13 games after their 2-2 home draw with the Montreal Impact.

Saphir Taider (23') and Matteo Mancosu (41') each tallied once for the Impact, who picked up their first draw up the season.
