Despite dropping a 1-0 game-two road decision to Tauro FC, El Salvador's Alianza won their series 2-1 on aggregate.
At Heredia, Costa Rica:
After a second 1-1 deadlock, leveling the series at 2-2 on aggregate, and with overtime dispensed with, in a penalty-kick shootout that lasted nine rounds, Keithy Simpson, Nicholay Finlayson, Damion Binns, Stephen Williams, Mark Miller, Shawn Lawes, Akeem Chambers converted their spot kicks as Waterhouse knocked off Herediano 7-6 on the road to advance.
At San Pedro Sula, Honduras:
Jonathan Ferrari (30'), Deybi Flores (42'), Junior Lacayo (75'), and Jerry Bengtson (79') each scored once as CD Olimpia demolished visiting Forge FC 4-0 in game two and knocked out the Canadian club 4-1 on aggregate.
