Europa League Qualifying: Wolves, Parakeets, Suduva, Torino, Feyenoord, Malmo, PSV, 'Gers, AEK Athens Advance To Playoff Round

The third round of Europa League qualifying concluded on Thursday with 30 games.

Champions Path:

At Marijampole, Lithuania:

Mihret Topcagic (12') and Andro Svrljuga (45') each scored once as FK Suduva defeated visiting Maccabi Tel Aviv 2-1 in game two and won their series with the Israeli club 4-2 on aggregate.

At Helsinki, Finland:

Roman Debelko scored twice (62', 80') as Riga gained a game-two 2-2 road draw with HJK Helsinki and won their series (with the aggregate score at 3-3) on road goals.

At Wrexham, Wales:

Jakub Swierczok scored twice (36', 77') as Ludogorets Razgrad demolished The New Saints 4-0 on the road in game two and capped off a hellish two-game series for the Welsh club 9-0 on aggregate.

At Barysaw, Belarus:

A 0-0 home stalemate with FK Sarajevo was good enough for FC BATE Borisov as the Belorussian club won their series 2-1 on aggregate.

At Ta' Qali, Malta:

Roman Murtazayev (25', 68') and Marin Tomasov (37', 89') each scored twice, once in each half, as Astana demolished Valletta 4-0 on the road in game two to wrap up their two-game fist beating of the Maltese club 9-1 on aggregate.

At Solna, Sweden:

Nabil Bagoui's goal in the 61st minute enabled AIK Solna to gain a 1-1 game-two road deadlock with FC Sheriff and arrest the Moldovan club 3-2 on aggregate.

At Beersheba, Israel:

Niv Zrihan scored twice (67', 90'+4) as Hapoel Be'er Sheva defeated visiting IFK Norrkoping 3-1 in game two and won their series 4-2 on aggregate.

At Minsk, Belarus:

Simone Zaza scored in the 80th minute as Torino gained a 1-1 game-two road draw with Shakhtyor Soligorsk, good enough for the Italian club to win their series 6-1.

At Plzen, Czech Republic:

After a 1-0 game-two regulation decision for FC Viktoria Plzen which leveled their series with visiting Antwerp at 1-1 on aggregate, Dieumerci Mbokani scored the overtime series winner for the guests in the 113th minute as Antwerp, with the aggregate score at 2-2, advanced to the knockout round on away goals.

At Nicosia, Cyprus:

Serge Gakpe (PK-45'+2), Johannes Handl (OG-55'), and Giannis Gianniotas (67') each scored once as Apollon Limassol defeated visiting Austria Vienna 3-1 in game two and ousted the Austrian club 5-2 on aggregate.

At Tbilisi, Georgia:

Eric Botteghin's goal in the 57th minute Feyenoord Rotterdam to gain a 1-1 game-two road draw with Dinamo Tbilisi and win their series 5-1 on aggregate.

At Braga, Portugal:

Joao Palhinha (19'), Andre Horta (41'), and Paulinho (66') each scored once as SC Braga defeated visiting Brondby IF 3-1 in game two and won their series with the Danish club 7-3 on aggregate.

At Thessaloniki, Greece:

After Aris reversed their series-opening road defeat with a 3-0 home victory of their own against Molde FK in game two to square their series at 3-3 on aggregate, Mathis Bolly scored the series winner for the Norwegian club late in the first overtime period (105'+1) as Molde won their series 4-3 on aggregate.

At Strasbourg, France:

Lucien Zohi scored the game's lone goal at eight minutes as Strasbourg registered a second 1-0 victory over Lokomotiv Plovdiv, this time at home, and eliminated the Bulgarian club 2-0 on aggregate. 

At Moscow:

Ezequiel Ponce (52') and Andre Schurrle (58') each scored a goal as Spartak Moscow defeated visiting FC Thun 2-1 in game two and won their series 5-3 on aggregate.

At Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic:

Ionut Pantiru scored the only goal of both the match and the series in the opening minute of second-half stoppage time as Steaua Bucharest knocked off FK Mlada Boleslav 1-0 in game two on the road and won their series by that same score on aggregate.

At Wolverhampton, England:

Pedro Neto (54'), Morgan Gibbs-White (58'), Ruben Vinagre (64'), and Diogo Jota (87') each scored once as Wolverhampton Wanderers registered a second 4-0 beatdown of Pyunik, this time at home, to close out a two-match brass knuckling of the Armenian club 8-0 on aggregate.

At Glasgow, Scotland:

Alfredo Morelos scored twice (14', 49') as Rangers defeated FC Midtjylland 3-1 in game two and won their series 7-3 on aggregate.

At The Hague, Netherlands:

Calvin Stengs (20'), Thomas Ouwejan (44'), Stijn Wuytens (62'), and Sergiy Yavorskyy (OG-90') each scored once as AZ Alkmaar demolished visiting Mariupol 4-0 in game two and won their series with the Ukrainian club by that same score on aggregate.

At Ghent, Belgium:

A pair of stoppage-time goals from Jonathan David (90'+3, 90'+6) enabled KAA Gent to down visiting AEK Larnaca 3-0 in game two and oust the Cypriot club 4-1 on aggregate.

At Eindhoven, Netherlands:

A game-two 0-0 home stalemate with Haugesund was good enough for PSV Eindhoven as the hosts ousted the Norwegian club 1-0 on aggregate.

At Aberdeen, Scotland:

Stjepen Loncar (10') and Antonio Colak (32') each scored once as Rijeka posted a second 2-0 blanking of Aberdeen, this time on the road, and finished off the Scottish club 4-0 on aggregate.

At Frankfurt, Germany:

Jonathan de Guzman scored the only goal of the match in the 32nd minute as Eintracht Frankfurt defeated visiting FC Vaduz 1-0 in game two and finished off their guests 6-0 on aggregate.

At Malatya:

Despite dropping a 1-0 game-two road decision to Yeni Malatyaspor, Partizan Belgrade still won their series 3-2 on aggregate.

At Siroki Brijeg, Bosnia and Herzegovina:

Despite a 1-0 game-two road defeat to Zrinjski Mostar, Malmo FF still won their series with the Bosnian club 3-1 on aggregate.

At Zaporizhia, Ukraine (due to ongoing war conditions in Ukraine):

Nazariy Rusyn scored the game-and-series-winning goal in the 89th minute as Zorya Luhansk defeated visiting CSKA Sofia 1-0 in game two and won their series 2-1 on aggregate.

At Petah Tikva, Israel:

Dor Jan (15') and Sagas Tambi (66') each scored once as Bnei Yehuda defeated visiting Neftci Baku 2-1 in game two and won their series 4-3 on aggregate.

At Barcelona:

Victor Campuzano scored twice (27', 38') as Espanyol registered a second 3-0 victory over FC Lucerne, this time at home, as the Parakeets finished off the Swiss club 6-0 on aggregate.

At Trabzon, Turkey:

Alexander Sorloth (11') and Filip Novak (90'+8) each scored once as Trabzonspor defeated visiting Sparta Prague 2-1 in game two and ousted the Czech club 4-3 on aggregate.

At Athens, Greece:

Petros Mantalos scored in the 26th minute to help AEK Athens gain a game-two 1-1 road draw with Universitatea Craiova, good enough for them to win their series 3-1 on aggregate.
